I have enjoyed countless of hands of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have wagered on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost a lot of funds at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the casino.
I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have played a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get rich with this method or beat the casino, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that blackjack appears to be a game of runs. When you are hot your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy blackjack. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the action back down to the original bet.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets very thrilling at times. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years back with $750 after 45 mins using this tactic! And a couple of months ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!
You must understand that you can give up a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the runs you notice playing this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 game.
Wager $5
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 5 dollar bet
Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Bet ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 10 dollar bet
Bet ten dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of $20
Bet $20
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 20 dollar bet
Wager $20
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $40
Bet forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 bet
Wager $40
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet
Bet 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the original 160 dollar bet
If you departed at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and drop your wager or the final result will not be the same.
